Is what I write private?
Yes. Your journal is encrypted on your own device with a password only you hold, and we never sell your reflections. So you can sign in on another phone, a sealed copy follows your account — we can’t open it. Two things leave readably, and only when you choose: a page you ask your shadow to answer, and what you say to Lumen. Both go to our AI provider just to write the reply. The patterns your book notices are found on your phone. You can export or delete everything anytime.
How does the “healing” actually work?
Through small, honest days. You meet a shadow, tend it, and heal wounded parts over time — deliberately paced over at least three days, because this work isn’t meant to be rushed. As you rise, your shadow visibly transforms from monster toward whole.
Do I have to pay?
No. Meeting your shadow is free and stays free, with a real taste of the rest: the reading, your chamber (and a few free tries at tending it), the journal with 3 free answers from your shadow, 3 conversations with Lumen, your book’s top patterns, the Circles, live rooms to listen in, breathing, grounding and crisis support. INtegration+ opens all of it — unlimited answers, Lumen in full, everything your book noticed, the body map, more shadows and journals, hosting live rooms, the God Forge and ascension — at $8/mo or $59/yr after a 3-day free trial (new members get a welcome price), or Lifetime, paid once. Light Tokens are cosmetic only, with no cash value, and are never required to heal.
What even is a “shadow”?
The parts of you you were never able to face — the grief you buried, the anger you swallowed, the softness you hid to stay safe. Not evil. Just the unlit side of you. You heal it; it teaches you.
Can it help me in a crisis?
It isn’t a crisis service and isn’t monitored in real time — but a red Help button is on every screen, always, with immediate call/text lines. If you’re in danger, contact emergency services or a crisis line now. You matter, and you don’t have to hold it alone.
